Nestled between the mountain of northeast of Vietnam. Nho Que River winding like green thread shimmering north from heaven. The length of 192 km, the river engraved name on 46 km across the strip of land in Vietnam, and flows through the rocky sloping limestone mountain of the global geological park system Dong Van stone. Thereby creating a strong flow with numerous white rapids interlaced between the canyons, valley hidden between the mountains, silver mountains, Ha Giang clouds create a natural landscape dreaming, majestic.

The most beautiful river in the flower region originates from Nghiem Son Mountain, Yunnan Province, China. With an elevation of 1,800 meters, flowing in the northwest and southeast of the river flowing through the rugged mountainous wilderness. Lung Cu commune, Dong Van district, Ha Giang province and flow into our country. Proceeding through the canyon mountain, the river continues along the peak of Ma Phi Leng when it reaches Meo Vac. It splits into two branches flowing into Cao Bang to go the last mile when entering the Gam River at the falls Na Mat.

There is a strange legend about the birth of the Nho Que River is said that. When the mountain is still intact, the water from the mountains down stagnated a lot, causing the water side. Seeing that, one day the god asked the god of the Nui to translate a calf to allow the water not to stagnate flowing out into the arid. But the Mountain gods do not listen, just lie there. God of the river is annoying to bring the story with the Jade Emperor. Although the Jade Emperor ordered to avoid to the side but the river god still do not listen to sleep from season to season forever.

Suddenly one day, on a very heavy rainy night. Lightning drew the sword cut through the night, and also from the thunder of the sky that the Mountain god has broken up. As a result, torrential water flowed across the mountain to bring life to life, and blue slides across the hills. And also from that water divides the hills of Pun Pun and Ma Pi Leng pass through the rock. Today the stream converges into the charming Nho Que river between the hills of northwest.
